Joining the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health

Today I was immensely privileged to join the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as the Dr Jiang Yanyong Visiting Professor of Global Health Security. This appointment is unquestionably one of the highest honors of my life, and I'm humbled to join the world's leading public health school at a time when the world is grappling with how we can prevent future pandemics and health emergencies. I look forward to being able to make a positive and meaningful contribution, even as I continue my research, teaching, and organising the next Global Health Security conference (www.ghsn.org/) for June 2024.
